Well, this week has been one of the greatest and most emotional ones ever...we found out a few weeks ago that I am pregnant again! We were so nervous so kept it quiet for a while, but Monday we went for our second ultrasound at which we were supposed to see a heartbeat. We did see one and the doctor thinks everything will be ok! We are so excited. Hearing and seeing the little heartbeat was the most amazing thing ever...it's been so exciting. I have to give myself daily shots and I am on a lot of medicine, I never thought I wouldn't mind those things at all. I'm sure that's the first of things that won't bother me from now on. I realize it's early (I'm just about 8 weeks) and I'm not out of the woods, but it's a great start-I couldn't ask for more at this point.
I feel really good about this pregnancy, I've had morning sickness and all other symptoms you are supposed to have...which is different from my last two pregnancies. I won't ever complain about these symptoms, but if any of you have tips for calming the quesiness, I would love to hear them. I've also learned a couple of things. First, don't stress out a pregnant woman! My emotional state has been horrible & I hate crying! :) Second, life is too precious to worry about silly things. I've decided to focus solely on this pregnancy and not concern myself with the silly things we sometimes find important.
Yay for this new little life! Please keep Zack and I in your prayers.

I am so excited for you!!!!!
I'm soooo happy for y'all! I will tell you that if you ever have heartburn or indigestion which I had horribly, eat peppermints. (like the ones at the restaurants) They are the natural cure for upset stomach! I lived on those things!
Yay for baby Barnard :) we pray daily for you guys! Thanks for your comments on my blog! The office is at 4th and Frankford (not far from LCU if you ever wanna go to lunch!). Are you guys gone this week??
We are so excited for y'all!!
YAY!!! So excited for you and Zack! What an adventure! All I can say for morning sickness/nausea is GINGER ALE!!! It's a miracle worker! :) Really, anything with ginger or peppermint works well for anti-nausea. Praying that you feel well, that the baby grows healthy and strong and that you are able to just soak up every precious moment of pregnancy!
Look what I found!!!! I have added your blog to my fav.
