Weddings, Showers, and Family!

The last few weeks have gone by really fast. Last weekend, my little sister got to come home for two days to attend my dad's wedding, go to a couple of showers, and spend time with family. It's always so much fun when she is here and I get so sad when she leaves me. :(
My dad got married to his longtime girlfriend, Minerva. It was a nice small wedding. It was good to see some of my family that I don't see very often.

In other family big news, my Aunt Emerald adopted a little boy! He is just over two weeks old. His name is Hudson and he is truly a blessing. Emerald has wanted a baby for so long. Hudson's biological parents were teens who could not take care of him. Through family connections, they found Emerald and her husband, Andy. He is just perfect! I am amazed at how it worked out and thank God for these parents who were so selfless. It has made Emerald so happy and complete. What a miracle!

It was a busy weekend with Hudson's arrival, shower, and dad's wedding, but they are happy things so no complaints.

As you can tell from the pics, I am getting larger by the day. And it seems no matter how hard I try, I cannot just eat healthy--healthy food sounds disgusting to me right now! So, I try my best and pray this weight will fall off after Sierra arrives! :)

How is the pregnancy going? I am doing IVF right now and am on 3 daily shots. It's not so bad. Hope God blesses me and Joe like he has blessed you and Zach.
